I am looking at purchasing a 6mm traditional fit half round 950 Platinum wedding band (sz 9). Different stores have different thicknesses (height off finger) to the metal, ranging from 1.0 mm to 2.5 mm, logically with the price increasing with thickness. I have heard that platinum will bend if too thin. What is the thinnest recommendable thickness to a Platinum wedding band? thanks!
