Recommendations on where to make a custom anniversary band with LGDs?

I have a very specific ring that I want to recreate using lab grown diamonds -- my mother had a ring like this in the '90s with earth mined diamonds but it's since been lost. I have the specs of the original ring: 14kt yellow gold, 2 rows of 7 diamonds on each row, approximately 2 ct tw (~0.14ct per diamond).

I can't find this style anywhere to purchase online so want to pursue a custom option and am wondering if there are any recommendations on where to do this? I tried contacting Ouros a week ago but haven't heard back. I found some places online that sell a vintage/pre-owned option but I'd like to make it with LGDs for a higher color and fewer inclusions (the pre-owned ones online are G-H color and SI2 clarity).
