Hi everyone,

Just trying to decide between the following 3:

JA 4 prong knife edge solitaire: http://www.jamesallen.com/engagemen...Knife-Edge-18k-White-Gold-Solitaire-Ring.html
Anyone have any side shots of one of these?

BGD 6 prong solitaire http://www.briangavindiamonds.com/home/ring-details/?product_id=5351

or WF 4 prong tiffany style solitaire http://www.whiteflash.com/engagemen...ffany-style-solitaire-engagement-ring-587.htm

I have a small 0.53ct diamond that needs a very plain / thin setting.

I live in Australia, so returns/exchanges are going to be quite difficult which is why I'm trying to get as much visual confirmation as I can before I purchase. My biggest concern is that they are delicate and fit a plain wedding band quite flush. So far i'm liking BGD prongs the best, however when I asked for photos, I got sent a few photos from their blog site which some I found to be different styles than the one I enquired about.

Any feedback would be appreciated
Thanks for your help again :)

I like the BGD one the best too. I'd be concerned about the JA sitting flush...the others have the diamond a bit raised but this one does not (as far as I can tell from the photos. The prongs of the BGD one are more attractive to me vs. the WF one....so I select BGD.

I have the WF 4-prong solitaire for my .55 square radiant (X-Factor princess branded) and I can assure you that a plain band that isn't higher than the shank itself will sit flush. My wedding band is a comfort fit 2mm 18k white gold band from e-weddingbands.com and there is no gap whatsoever. I recently got the WF Danielle band and now wear it between my plain band and my e-ring and it, too, sits right next to my e-ring, no gap.

You can see some photos in my more recent thread when I got the Danielle band:

I could take some additional photos of the side and how it sits next to the 2mm band, if you'd like.

Thanks guys that really narrows it down to BGD & WF. From what I've read they are both excellent vendors so it's a matter of particular preference in the end..

rubybeth - thanks for sharing your gorgeous set, the pics really do show them sitting flush nicely..
