The band has a bezel set round stone and then three channel princess diamonds on each side of the center stone and there are smaller diamonds all around the inside of the band and under the setting.
Engagement- My fiance lives in New York and I am in Georgia. He was supposed to come in late Friday night. I had plans for a friend to come over to my place and then grab dinner. My friend called when she was on her way over and then buzzed up from my call box. I heard a knock on the door but when I looked through the peep hole, it was the fiance not the friend! He was in a suit, with flowers and a ring. He proposed in the doorway. Then he took me to dinner at the restaurant where we went for drinks on our first date. The next day, he took me to a winery/spa about an hour a way. And at the end of the weekend, he arranged for dinner with a bunch of our friends. It was the most perfect weekend ever!

Glad you all like it- this website helped me figure out what specs I wanted and what kind of metal I wanted (platinum). The setting is not custom made. I found it at a place in the diamond district in NY and fell in love with it. My fiance (still sounds so strange) bought it from the guy in the diamond district. Golda Jewelry sells something similar. While it is not exaclty the same, it gives some good close up shots of the detail in the setting. Check it out at this cite.
