They list 58-62.3% as an 1A cut, but I don''t like to go higher than 61%

but from the dimensions you listed, it doesn''t look like it''s 75%. You might have read it wrong.

62.3 is fine. if you were doing a search here it will pull up stones that are up to 63% depth. your eyes should be the final judge.
