Just wondering how many actual guests you had/will have compared to those you invited.

Some catering managers said 75% but some said closer to 85%. We are inviting about 160 with hopes of about 140 yes responses.

Thanks!

I was told by many people 15% but ours was like 20% so we were sort of prepared. I guess it depends on if the people you are inviting tend to show up to functions or not?

It really depends on WHO you are inviting. We had almost a 100% yes rate, but that was in large part because we only invited super close family and friends. The larger your invite arm extends out to random people the lower your yes percentage will get.

same here- we invited around 85 peeps.
76 RSVP''s yes, and 74 showed up to the wedding.

And what percentage of your invite list is OOT. We have a 90% OOT on our invite list, which would increase the "no" RSVPs, but we''re inviting only close friends and family, which ups the "yes" RSVPs... so it kinda evens out. Our estimate (guessing what peoples'' replies will be) is in the 15%-ish range for declining RSVPs.

good point, Musey

our wedding was in Temecula- halfway between San Diego & L.A. so our guest list was 100% OTT, with the majority of people living in N. Los Angeles/Ventura county.
