re: Grandmas pink e-ring, should i replace the stones?

My grandmothers e-ring has a pink center stone and a few pink stones surrounding it - I was thinking of putting all white stones around the pink diamond to accentuate it. (The only reason why I consider changing it at all is because some of the pink stones have fallen out and were replaced with white stones - making it off balance.

What do you think?
