This is just another name for blue zircon that come from Cambodia. Blue zircon gets that color due to heating. I''m not partial to it. Reminds me of an irradiated blue diamond, and I''m not keen on those either, but some people like them.

TL is correct; it only means that it''s a zircon from the Raknikiri area. Nothing that special.
