Both stones are very comparable. To pick them apart would be splitting hairs. That said, if the G SI1 stone is eye clean, that will be my pick.

So pretty much what it comes down to is would you rather have a

G, S1 (eye clean) or H, VS1 ?

Oh, for some reason I thought it was between a G SI1 and a H VS1?
Are you saying it is a G VS2 and a H SI1? If so, then why not get the H SI1 and save some money?

Okay, yes, I'd rather the G SI1 if it is eye clean because both stones are virtually identical in terms of sparkle. If if the SI1 is eye clean, it is comparable to a VS1 which you can't see any inclusions anyway, so why pay for what you can't see?

I would agree with going for the G if it''s eye-clean. And I''m sure if it made their ACA collection, it pretty much is eye clean. That well-cut G will look great!
