interesting. I think that prices are going to have to edge downward a bit to create some market enthusiasm. Prices have been high and stagnant so if there is a bit of a drop, it will be like seeing a sale. Some is better than none so decreasing prices a bit might actually bring more buyers into the market again.

Interesting webinar. Martin is always extremely opinionated!

My biggest takeaway is his analysis of all the colliding and competing factors right now. Some tend to cancel one another out. But what remains is a lot of uncertainty.

Nobody can accurately slice and dice all the influences on the market right now and predict what happens in the short term to medium term. But longer term seems to be a gradual return to something more stable and predictable.
