if you are buying just on price, then Eternity Diamonds and UScerted diamonds has all those places beat.

PriceScope doesn't sell diamonds, so I am not understanding why it is listed??? Your best bet would be to go under Resources and copy the sponsor list if you want input, because those are going to be the vendors with the most customers here.
