Rainbow sapphire bracelet project

So I’m starting a thread for one of my most long cherished projects. I’ve been collecting these sapphires for almost a year now and am nearing the finale.

I’ve got to get to 17cms of sapphire and I’m around 13.5cms right now. I’ve got another five stones on the way from Sri Lanka in the next few weeks - a dark pink, a light blue, a bright blue and a little pad - and I think, finally, I might be almost done. Maybe one or two more (a round bright yellow would be awesome to add as I’ve got no round stones in the mix so far).

These range from a couple of hundred dollars for the smallest / lowest quality to a couple of thousand for the most expensive. They all are certified unheated.

My birthday is in January and I’m planning on getting this set as a birthday present to myself

Amazing! I love that they tend toward medium tones and softer colors (well, apart from the occasional eye-popping pink!). They look surprisingly harmonious -- is that the word? -- together! I'm not a fan of well-ordered rainbows and this feels so much more old-world and elegant.

A few more to get you to almost two rows and you could do an Oscar Heyman style.

Sorry, I cannot picture all those stones for a single bracelet. Is this going to curve around your arm in a spiral? It's necklace length imo, and my own wrists would only take 6 or 7 inches circumference... There's so many stones here that I see more than one bracelet or three rows of stones instead of two. Your inspiration spaces out the stones way more imo than how you've placed them in front of the ruler.

Or make it a triple "stack" if it is too long for a bracelet. 6 inches is the right length for me.

Looks like a bit over 5 inches from the ruler so I would think it needs a bit more length unless really petite wrists. Anyway I think it’s going to be really lovely. Pls share cads if you are getting them.
