Radiant I want to purchase

I have been looking through these forums for the past 3 months while I have been studying on diamonds etc. etc. This is a great informative site and I enjoy reading it. Here is my first post :

-Could someone please share their opinion of this diamond.-

I don't know enough about Radiants to help you, but we do have a poster here who has a special interest in them, Coda, maybe she will log in soon and see your query and be able to help you. This will bump this thread up for you so those more knowledgeable will see it.

By the numbers this stone looks good, but it would be best to see a picture of it before making a final decision. Also, I don''t know how color sensitive you are, but H may show a tint of color. Radiants tend to show more color than round brilliants for example. I probably wouldn''t buy a radiant lower colored than G, but that''s just me. Other than the color, everything else looks great on the stone.

I know enough about diamonds to know that proportion data can only be used to weed out shockers.
This seems not to be one of those - but from now you should use actual looking and comparison - or if you cant do that - then images from Ideal-scope and preferably ASET

I did get a chance to look at the stone in person and it looks marvelous. I think it looks more like a G than an H but who am I? Anyways I just wanted to make sure I was getting a decent stone before plopping down $$$$$$

Will the ASET work on a mounted stone?
I think I am going to purchase this stone and have it sent to me but it will be mounted by then....The place I am purchasing this stone from is 300 miles away.....

Then go for it - but radiants look lower in color - so you might have rose colored glasses on?
