Quick Help: Boston MA, Stone Setter this weekend?

Hi, all.

I'm looking for a recommendation for a stone setter in the greater Boston Mass area who would be able to remove a 1 ct solitaire RB ideal cut from its current 14k white gold mounting and reset it in a new ring (in a platinum mounting). I have both the current ring and the new ring.

The thing is I will only be there this weekend (anytime Friday through Sunday).

Just curious, what are you going to do with the old setting?

An excellent question. I have no idea. Any suggestions?

It's a cross-cathedral design setting (for a solitaire, obviously). It looks very similar to the Vatche x-prong, except it stands a bit taller.
