Questions about eternity band that are bead set.

i have a eternity band that is is bead set..micro pave. and the diamonds are not that high quality and i wanted them removed and to put in higher quality diamonds is this something that is possible? can diamonds be taken out of a bead set setting?

I would THINK so, I mean if a stone were to have fallen out they would have to replace it, so I can't imagine they couldn't. It might not be cheap or super quick though.
