So I was on my bf and I's computer when I saw that he bought an engagement ring for me from James Allen, I saw the order is complete email from James Allen, and then the payment confirmation from service, but following that I saw another email from service requesting additional info, yet he hadn't opened it (unless he marked it as unread but I highly doubt that), anyways I just clicked to see what else was required and it said that the link was expired, does this mean he gave the info? Or does mean that the order will not go through?
