Question on diamond specs - why so inexpensive?

Hi everyone,

Here are the specs of a H IF 1.41 carat diamond I have reserved. The price is only $9050 and we are trying to figure out if there is anything wrong with it. No idealscope and ASET images, but I ran it through the cut calculator and the proportions seem okay. Is this worth taking a risk on and ordering?

Goodness, there is potentially a lot wrong with it. I have actually never seen a stone posted here in the last 10 years with angles like that. The depth is way too deep (should be 62.3 or less), and it has a thick girdle, and both of those things contribute to the stone facing up (diameter) more like a 1.3 ct stone. The price is a reflection of it being a hard-to-sell stone. Skip it and use these parameters:

GIA Excellent cut only

Table: 54-58

Depth: 60-62.3

Crown angle: 34-35.0

Pavilion angle: 40.6-41.0

girdle: thin, medium, slightly thick (or combo of those)

(I do wonder if it is an antique diamond, but still the numbers are strange even for that.)
