Question about the Tacori 2623 sidestones

So I''m looking into having a ring custom made that is similar to the Tacori 2623, in that the center RB is in a cushion shaped halo and two smaller RB''s on the side. I am wanting to have a slightly larger halo for my ring (the Tacori is just a little too small for my taste), but I want the overall look to resemble the 2623. Now, my question is, for those who have the 2623 or have seen it, do you feel like the side diamonds take away from the center stone? The sidestones I would be using are .25ish (maybe a tad bigger?--they were my mom''s so I''m not sure) and I would be putting approx a 1 carat diamond in the middle, with the halo. Since I have no ring to really compare it to, I was wondering if I could get some input from those of you who have seen the Tacori. I realize these proportions are not what the Tacori uses, but I just want the overall opinion on if the sidestones might take away something from the ring, or if you are 100% happy with choosing the 3 stone option. I know there is a 2620 that just has the center diamond..would you have like that better? TIA!

I did ponder the choice between the 2623 with side stones and the 2620 with just the centre stone and halo. We decided to go with the 2623 as I loved how sparkly it was. I have not regretted the choice at all.

My centre stone is 1.39 and the side stones are .20's. I think the balance you are looking for, with .25 sides and a 1 carat centre stone with a larger halo would look very different from the 2623. As you can see by the attached photo, my side stones are quite small in comparison to the centre and yours would have a more balanced look.

I''m still on the fence about it...I currently have a 3 stone engagement ring, and I could always just wear that on my right hand..the meaning of the 3 stones are special to my husband and I, that''s why I was thinking a 3 stone ring for the upgrade, but I just don''t know if the ring will still look "engagment-y" if I go with the 3 and the halo...hmmm..can anyone post pics of their 2620, or just RB''s with cushion halos?
