If the cut is a VG-Ideal, dosent that mean it will have lots of sparkle, regard less of the table and depth% ? And is it true I want to keep these percentages under 70% or so? I think I have it narrowed down to three, any opions would be greatly appreciated, thankyou

It depends on who is calling the cut very good or ideal. Different labs have different definitions and some are not as trustworthy as others. Really, most of us here would only go for the best cut, as very good is not necessarily just that. The quality of the cut can and will have a huge impact on how beautiful the diamond is.

Since cut is in part determined by table and depth numbers, these numbers need to be great in order to have a great cut. You can't have one without the other.

Still liking #1 the best. As mentioned before, not loving the girdle though. But you must have pictures of these to tell for sure. Please do use the table I referred to earlier as a guide.

I would reject the top 2 for girdle probs

We need aSET or at least ideal-scope photo''s to help further.

The sym and polish grades mean very little

I think I''d be inclined to agree with Garry although one might inspect #2 to see how small the very thin area is.

I was about to buy the 3rd diamond but was worried about the table and depth%, should I really worry about that or does it seem like the best choice?

Do you like the flat galssy look in an EC or do you want it to have some fire?
If some fire is what you want then pass on 3 for one with a smaller table.

The better cut EC''s do carry a small premium so shopping them by cost isnt the best bet.
