Question about James Meyer 1345 setting

Does the JM 1345 bezel setting cover any portion of the stone? I guess my question is does it take away from the size of the stone?
Any feedback would be appreciated since I am considering this setting for my OMC.

I don''t have one, but I think there was a just a similar thread and the JM owners all commented how thin and delicate the bezels were and that they did not cover the stone in a noticeable way.

My three stone (in avatar) is a modification of the 1345, and the stones themselves are much smaller than your is. The bezels barely cover any of the stones width. I cannot impress enough the truly delicate nature of Jim''s work. We see these giant blown up pictures, but in reality... on the hand, these are the most delicate things! Like tiny vines growing up and around your stones!
