Can someone please help. I''ve been going thorough the Diamond Search and I have these abreviations from the girdle. I''m hoping someone can respond to what the abreviations stand for. Can you correct me if im wrong on the following: (Can someone also explain why there isn''t a industry standard for the abreviations. thanks)

ET = Extremely Thin
ENN ET = Extremely Thin Extremely Thin
ENSK = Extremely Thin Slightly Thick
ENVK = Extremely Thin Very Thick
ENVN = Extremely Thin Very Thin
ENT = Extremely Thin Thin
ST = Slightly Thin
VT = Very Thin
K VK = Thick Very Thick
LTK TK = L? Thick Thick
STN= Slightly Thin
M T= Medium Thin?
MD STHK= Medium Slightly Thick
MDSK = Medium Slightly Thick
MED SL = Medium Slightly
MNED = Medium
N M = N? Medium
SKTK = Slightly Thick Thick
STHN = Slightly Thick Thin
K = ?

Unfortunately, there is no industry standard for abbreviations.




I figured it out for myself like this

Extremely Thin: ETN, EXTN, XTN, XTHN ET, XT, ETH, XTH

Very Thin: VTN, VN, VTHN VT, VTH

Thin: THN, THIN, TN, N TH, T

Slightly Thin: STHN, SN, SLTN, STN STH, ST, SLT, SLTH

Medium: MED, MD, M, ME

Slightly Thick: STHK, STK, SK, SLTK, ST STH, ST, SLT, SLTH

Thick: THK, THIK, TK, K TH, T

Very Thick: VTK, VK, VTHK VT, VTH

Extremely Thick: ETK, XTK, ETHK, XTHK ET, XT, ETH, XTH
