Question about diamond cleaning

Just a quick question. How do you clean a diamond at home and what do you use to clean it????

Windex, water and a soft toothbrush.

I also use windex and a toothbrush.

For earrings I soak in ammonia and water for about half an hour and this removes all that yucky stuff that builds up.
