I have a coast platinum setting on order, in which I will put the eightstar stone I purchased. I have heard that different companies use different types of mixtures and metals to create their "platinum" settings. I know coast is a fairly high-end company, and I''m wondering if anyone knows if they use a high grade platinum, and exactly what the consistency of it is...
