sorry this may just be a cultural thing but i think calling it a push present is gross

does the mum not get a ring if she has a C section? or say the baby is adopted or surrogacy ?
isnt there enough expectations and pressure on new parents already without
one-upmanship because of the way the baby entered the world ?
