Purchasing secondhand ring... is this an ok diamond?

I've not seen this ring in person, although the diamond looks pretty attractive in the pictures.

They've provided a GIA number so I've had a look at the report check:

What do you guys reckon of this report? Would you buy a diamond with these specs? Bit annoying that there is no cut grade is all, makes it hard to tell!

I don't know enough about ovals to give an opinion just based on the numbers. Usually we at least need pictures of the stone at a minimum. But I'd say that the only way I'd consider it is if there is a return policy so that you'd have a chance to take the ring to an appraiser before deciding to keep it.
