Purchased a Tacor ring ??

Hi,
I recently purchased a Tacori ring from my local dealer, and he gave me a ring box from his store, which is quite cheap. I asked about the Tacori box that it should have come with, and he said it didnt come with one. Is this true? can I get the nice box it should have come with some how?

When you buy a Tacori, it comes with a blue box and the warranty cards. Did you at least get the card?

yes, i have all the paper work and warranty info, he just put it in his own stores crappy box, which is cheap looking.

I would tell them you prefer the Tacori Box and ask if they can get one. Did you order the ring from Tacori in the size to fit your stone and in her ring size?

Well, my Tacori box is just basically made from blue cardboard. Don't know I'd they changed it in the past year... Haha so in essence you're not really missing out. But I understand that the box is part of the whole package. I would be upset if they didn't give me a box. They need to have Tacori ship you a box if they don't have one at their store. You paid for a Tacori, and they need to give you everything you paid for.
