purchase without ever seeing?

I''ve done a lot of reading and research thus far. I''ve done little actual viewing in person (2hrs one day). My question is this:

Can you be assured of a good diamond purchase by looking at idealscope images alone?

I''m looking at ideal cut rounds, and if the idealscope image looks good, and the color/clarity is in the range you want, are you going to get what most consider an exceptional diamond every time? What advise would you give to someone just using PS alone to purchase a diamond without ever seeing it?

if you have little experience i would definetly consider an aca from whiteflash. they are well balanced stones that appeal to many. you could even call them and tell them what you are looking for. they might have something in expert selection that better fits your criteria.
