I just wanted to post and let people know how incredibly impressed I am with the quality of service at Signed Pieces. I still have not received my ring yet (as I asked them to hold it) and I posted earlier because I had a problem with getting the ring to tiffany''s to be resized. I called Signed Pieces (actually I had a friend of mine call for me... she''s scarier than I am, haha) and asked them if they would ship it to tiffany''s, which they were hesitant to do because shipping is so unreliable. My friend ended up talking to Isaac, who agreed to get the ring sized for me at tiffany''s and ship it to me after that and I could just reimburse them for the cost of the sizing.
I cannot say enough about how much this helps me, as I am really not able to get to a tiffany''s myself very easily. My friend was really pushy and gave them a harder time than maybe she should have, but they were always courteous and friendly and very accomodating. I would not hesitate to give them my business again (they are probably shaking in their boots reading this after all the trouble I''m making for them) and especially after being such a difficult customer I really felt I needed to let people know how great they have been to me. I already felt like I was getting an amazing deal by getting a .45 F VS1 tiffany solitaire for under $2000, but to get this deal from a trustworthy company with great customer service is even better.
Signed Pieces did originally list the ring as a size 6.5 when it was actually a size 5.75, but as I often see other people say here, accidents and mistakes happen and you really see the quality of a company in how they deal with those inevitable mistakes. I would say signed pieces has gone above and beyond to solve a very minor mistake.
