Prong Sidestone Setting

Hi diamond lovers and experts,

I''d love a few opinions on this setting. I absolutely love it because it''s thin (2mm) and I love the look of the prong sidestones. Is there any reason why I shouldn''t get this setting (with a .42 carat round diamond)?

Are you planning on also getting the wedding band?

My only concern would be whether the sidestones on both rings would hit each other and possibly cause damage.

Yes, I would get the band as well. Do you think the makers of the set would have built the rings with this in mind? I could see a problem with mixing and matching but i was assume that 2 rings made for one another would not have this problem. Is that a common problem for sidestones?
