Prong question for mounting a barion oval.

Hi there! I’m very new to stone setting and am trying to make an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I’d like to make her a cathedral solitaire. I’m cutting a barion oval (7mm x 12mm) and am wondering if a standard 4 prong will work with a stone like this that has such steep pavilion angles. Do I need to put the prongs farther toward the ends of the oval? Do I need thicker prongs? I tried to do some Google research and can’t find any information of mounting deep stones like this. Thank you in advance for any help.
