Princess mount - V mount vs. prong - which is better?

Hi,

I am desparately looking for a post that discussed this issue. It contained a picture of the exact type of mount that I want to get - I wanted to printed it out and have it made for me... trouble is I am having difficulty finding it - anyone remember this post?
