Looking at the following:

Princess cut
1.21 carat
G colored
VS2
5.65x5.62x4.38
depth: 77.9%
table: 69%
crown height: 13%
pavillion depth: 62%
Thickness: Slightly Thick, Polished
Polish: Very Good
Symmetry: Very Good

Asking price: $4625

It looks gorgeous!

The price sounds lower than what I''ve seen for comparable size, color, and clarity. But we still need some more information. First, which lab graded the diamond (GIA, AGS, EGL, etc.)? Also, princess cuts and other fancies can''t be judged by the numbers, so we would need to see detailed photos and preferably an Idealscope or ASET image to help judge the cut quality. The numbers do look promising...depth is greater than table, polish and symm are greater than good, dimensions are close to square. Depth is on the highish side, but many of the ideal cut princesses are cut that deep, so it may or may not be a detriment.
