Princess Cut Dimensions: which one?

First off, this is a win-win situation for me, as I have seen both stones and they both look great:

Diamond 1

E, SI1

Diamond 2

All other parameters are pretty comparable, and both are GIA certified. I know that I can get a better deal at an online retailer, however, I just feel more comfortable purchasing locally. Diamond 1 would be (out the door) 5700 (with setting, tax, etc.) Diamond 2 would be 6300 (out the door). The only thing keeping me back from diamond 1 is the largish table. This does not seem like a big monetaryu difference, but I am stretching the budget a wee bit as it is. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

GO WITH DIA 2. CLARITY IS MUCH BETTER FOR A MODERATE INCREASE IN PRICE. DIA 1 TABLE MAY BE TOO LARGE FOR MY TASTE. GOOD LUCK!
