Princess 1.25 ct Dilemma

Hi Everyone. Long time lurker, first time poster.

I want to pull the trigger on a princess cut stone, around 1.25 ct. VS1 or better, I or H color. I've found two potentials on jamesallen.com

My dilemma is: Their True Hearts are heavily pushed as "the best", but most of them seem like they are cut too deep (>75%). Are they correct about the True Hearts being more brilliant or is the 75% rule a good guide to stick with?

I'm liking these two stones..Any suggestions?

Its fine. Many ideal cut princesses have high depths because they have more crown height.
