I was so excited when I heard this news this morning!! I hope they televise the wedding!! And I'm dying to see the ring!

About Time!! I'm happy for them. We knew it was just a matter of time. I'm sure we will see the wedding. I remember getting up at like 6am to watch his parents wedding on TV. I was young but still remember ooohhing and aahhhhing over that dress

Me too! I was ten at the time. We got the day off school. There were parties everywhere. I remember thinking thats the kind of wedding dress I wanted when I got married. It was so princessy!

Maise - I heard a report over the weekend that they wanted a smaller wedding in Scotland. Do you think it's possible? Will they be allowed to have the smaller wedding if that's what they really want? Curious if you've heard the same on the news there.

Just saw this on CNN. I really don't follow the royals and rest in peace, but I NEVER got the hype of Diana or thought of her as a beauty.. I am curious about the ring though because Royals tend to be hit or miss with their jewelry.

I would be really surprised if they were allowed to get married quietly like that. I'm sure the Queen will try to give them what they want but an heir to the throne usually has a public wedding.
