Pricing Advice on 1.5 E SI2

I found a diamond that I am interested in and my girlfriend really likes. It is a 1.5 E SI2 EX cut with VG polish with a GIA report of 1245115810. It is a great looking diamond and eye clean just want to make sure I am paying a fair price. It was initially 13250 but down to 12500. It has medium blue florescence and not sure if that is an issue. Any help if this is a good price would be appreciated.

The stone appears to be well cut, although not the most ideal based on the numbers alone.
The price is not unreasonable from a B&M store, but still high when I can get E/D SI1 with faint fluo (this is important) for the same money or less.
