I want to purchase the diamond ring at the pricescope price, and I want to pay by wire money. Are those vendors going to give me 2% discount from the pricescope price, or that''s the price that I pay for the wire money.

As far as I am aware, the Pricescope price IS the cash price but you would have to check with each vendor to confirm. Also check whether there is complimentary shipping.

it's safest to check with the individual vendor. you can also double check their various other policies at the same time (returns, shipping, etc.)
