pricescope diamonds not available.

perhaps i'm doing something wrong, but virtually every time a do a pricescope diamond search, and then go to the vendor's sites to check out the diamonds that came up on the pricesope search, they are not listed on the vendor's sites. and any similar diamonds are priced much higher than those listed on the pricescope search.
what's up with that? am i doing something wrong? am i missing something? is it just an anomaly, or is this the norm?

David, please give me an example (stone, vendor) and I'll check it out.Most of the diamonds should be listed on the vendor sites except the stones are removed withing few days I update the database.If there is a technical problem I'm not aware of, I'll fix it ASAP.thanks
