Prices for Zambian/Zimbabwean emeralds

Newbie here and this is my first post. I was wondering what the average price per carat is for an average size and quality emerald from Zambia and also for sandawana emerald from Zimbabwe. It is purely for business analysis concerning investment into mining

That would depend - will you be selling rough or cut, wholesale or retail? Where will you be selling? Etc, etc.

Also, keep in mind that this is a consumer site, and we don't necessarily follow the ins and outs of a specific origin of a specific type of stone in the way that you would need to know it for your purposes. You might want to look for sites that cater to professionals in the trade.
