I may get a halo setting with pave diamonds totalling .80 CT, E-G Color, VS in platinum. I was quoted $2000 for this in the diamond district at a reptuable place. Fair price?

And if I decide to go with platinum, 6 prong setting she quoted $700. Also fair?
