Price on a marquise

Once again thank God for you guys.

Ok, im looking at a loose diamond for an engagement ring here are the stats.

EGL Certified 1.00ct Marquise E/Vs1....near 2:1 perfect ratio for some reason i didnt write it down...
D% 63.4%
T 61%
V.Good Sym

This stone is gorgeous and I see absolutely NOTHING under 10x. Its a lot higher than i wanted to spend, but its perfect compared to an SI1.

He said RAP is 7400 but im getting it for 5000 even. He did do my sisters ring back when.

Am I getting a good deal?

He wants to give me a setting he makes with two .15ct round stones on the side in white gold for 375+tax.

How are these deals sounding, mostly the rock.

Which EGL has graded this diamond, is it EGL USA, Israel,. Europe etc? This can be important to know, as it is said the grading standards can vary. If you could get that info, that would help.
