A B&M store that I brought it to check out the settings said that they *could* sell it at $3800.
Well, It might be biased.. Or simply actual wholesale costs.

Hi zrun,

There are so many things to consider prior to purchasing
a princess cut.

A 78% table send off a few red flags, it could be a indicator of a shallow crown height.

Usually smaller table percentages can result in more
favorable circumstances.

Buying a Princess solely on the Cert numbers is
dangerous. An don't be taken in by the price.
You get what you pay.

There is a lot more variability in Princess-cut
parameters compared to "Ideal" rounds. Consumers are not
getting the who;e picture from several vendors/websites that tout certain characteristics such as Crown Height
or Pavilion Angle,or table as being paramount in determining a "great" Princess. Not true.

Go out and look at many Princess cuts and compare the look
to the Cert's specs. You'll get a good idea
of what's available.

There are Princess' that are being cut to maximize
beauty and light output.
