Pretty Little Diamond... WWYD?

I received a diamond from my MIL that came out of a very old ring. It has a chip and is approximately .5 carat in size. She is really pretty though. Not sure what cut it is... Any thoughts on what it is and what you would do with this diamond?

Because of the chip, you almost have to bezel set it. A pendant, maybe?

looks like an old mine cut and I agree that with the chip, you will need to bezel it.

It's very sweet! I think it would look beautiful in a milgrain bezel as a pendant!

Thanks! I have a platinum rb pendant so maybe rose gold? Any ideas to make it a little different? Any vendor suggestions?
