Prepay Tianyu?

Hi guys! Decided to have tianyu make me a ring since they’ve dove such great work for you all. Just asking, is prepayment standard? Just don’t want to do something dumb. Thx!!

i bought a ring from them a year or so ago and prepaid via alibaba. i used a credit card with good customer service policies just in case but didn't have any issues.

I'm currently having them make a 5 stone lab diamond ring for me (3 cttw). I paid half up front and will pay the remainder once it's done (any day now!) I think this is pretty standard. Enjoy the process!
