Posting photos and videos

Cannot figure out how to post photos from Ebay or a video Emailed to me. Don't want to lose the diamond to anyone before I can get opinions. No computer savy, unfortunately. I know it can be done because some of you smarter people have done it. Any advice? Thanks.

You can usually right click on the picture and select "save picture" or "copy image". Then use the PS "Insert image from server" function.

As for the video, is it on youtube? You can just post the link here

You can upload it to youtube yourself and then post the link to the video to PS.
