Recently ordered a GIA I grade to be set in 18k yellow gold prongs

Trying to get a better understanding of what various color diamonds look like in yellow gold prongs!

@NeedForSpeed, I think you will find that most yellow gold shank rings do have white metal prongs. I did, however, remember this Vatche ring featured on the Whiteflash page with yellow gold prongs. Hope this helps a bit!

I have a very warm color diamond, unlike yours. Also a different shape.

The yellow prongs have recently come back into fashion.

This is an H from the BGD Signature line. It looks quite white face up and from the sides to me. It's set in 18k gold.
