I did get my dress at a place called Mon Atelier. They don''t do alterations because they are a couturier. There is a place that I highly recommend It''s called Laura and it''s on Robertson just north of Olympic. It''s by appointment only. I will pm you the number if I can find her card.

thanks everyone!! we had some fabulous pictures and even better memories.

i don't want to be a thread hoggie so here is one last collage, but i wanted to show just how great our photographer was with the last 3 pictuers here, he took the most awesome shots!!

part of why i loved seeing everyone's pictures before our own wedding was because it gave me 'ideas' for our own shots and i could make my own 'must have' list...!!

DiamondLil, I am sorry but I LOVE your photos! Like a trip down memory lane, or a snapshot of time frozen in perpituity! Your dress, bridesmaid''s dresses, they were the height of chic then...I was 21 then, not far from my 1990 wedidng...and I still recall all of that...the hair, etc...but you carry it so well and look like a model! I too still love pink...

Awww thanks! I simply chose my favourite flowers...black beauty roses and lavender cymbidium orchids...there were also some pretty lavender bouquet jewels in the mix as well
