Yes, but only with BGD as long as it was graded no later than Nov. 30, 2008 and has the original logo inscribed. Diamonds graded after that will be upgradable only through WF.

Yes, Ellen is right. Here's an extract from BGD's website: "we will upgrade any A CUT ABOVE hearts and arrows diamond that was graded between September, 1998 and November, 2008. This includes over 7,000 A CUT ABOVE diamonds that were laser inscribed with the original logo and were graded no later than November 30, 2008".
