porosity in 19k white gold!!

Driving in my car I saw a black speck on the side of my ring which was cast in 19k white gold. I was hoping it was just dirt. I stopped at a jewelry store and looked thru their loupe and it has little pits all over one side of the ring. I have only had this ring for maybe 2 weeks. Why did I not see this earlier (I have louped it before today) I am also unhappy that they didn't match my baguettes better but I am having them changed. What do I do? I'm not sure I want to have another one made by them. It isn't that noticable with out the loupe but I'm worried if I ever need to polish or resize it the holes will get bigger like with my platinum ring that had porosity. Any advice would be great!!!

Ask the folks who did it if they have a laser or pulse arc welder. Either one is capable of micro welding the porosity and making the metal look solid again.
