Ive seen before on some shows that its a good workout...and then just saw it again on Brooke Knows Best.. and was wondering if anyone had done it, and if so did you get an awesome workout?? Id ONLY want to do it for a workout.. nothing more.. But it really looks like you''d get a good arm/stomach workout....
